Designer Inspiration
“Kathmandu, where I fell in love with ancient hand-carved wood exterior doors. I developed my first model from the inspiration of that trip and created the inter-weaving pattern of the peaks and valleys of the Himalayas and to deliberately create the shadow of Mount Everest.”
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Composed of seven horizontal panels, the door is designed with a repeating pattern of ascending and descending oblique slopes.

- Directional overhead lighting is key to illuminate and create the intended shadowing
